Incident Report for Community Radio Network

Resolved

Due to production difficulties the NRN-NAT.mp3 06:00 & 07:00 AEST contained previous bulletin audio.

This issue affected the bulletin version with pips and theme, and played out on CRN1.

This issue did not affect the NRN-NAT-DRY.mp3 version commonly downloaded by stations for local playout automation.

This issue has been resolved and is not expected to reoccur.

This incident affected: National Radio News (FTP (ftp.comunityradionetwork.com.au)) and Community Radio Network (Live 24/7 satellite feeds (VAST ch 630/631)).
