CRN Live Playout Malfunction - From Saturday 04/05 at 00:06 until Sunday 05/05 at 05:00

On Saturday 04/05 from approximately six minutes past midnight CRN regular playout did not occur due to a playout system malfunction, this malfunction continued throughout Saturday, impacting the delivery of NRN bulletins and CRN programs via live satellite. This issue continued into the morning with regular programming coming back to air approximately around 05:00 on Sunday 05/05.

The team is retrospectively investigating this issue, as alerting systems and event logs in the playout software have produced inconclusive evidence as to what caused the issue.

There is also a delay to FTP and box file updates today as the team are continuing to make their way through the playout recordings from Saturday.

We expect all on-demand audio to be updated to box and FTP by 15:00 AEST today (06/05).

We apologise for the impact this malfunction has had on our stations.
