GMC program opening issues

Between 5:00am and 5:18am, there was no GMC opening immediately following the 5:00am news. The usual GMC segment did not trigger as scheduled and only opened at 5:18am. This resulted in approximately 18 minutes of non-GMC programming before the GMC resumed.
