Monitoring

A fix has been implemented and files are transferring through on both Box.com and FTP. We will continue to monitor for the next few hours to ensure the issue is resolved.

Investigating

CRN Program files on Box.com have not successfully updated since 3 July and CRN program files have not updated on FTP since approximately 15:37 AEST yesterday. The delivery of NRN bulletins is unaffected. If your station retrieves files directly from Box.com and you do not have access to our FTP server, please reach out to crn@cbaa.org.au so we can get you set up without delay.

We are currently investigating the issue and apologise for any inconvenience.
